Wash the cauliflower, cut off the florets with a little stalk and blanch in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain.
Season the flour in a deep plate with salt, pepper and caraway seeds, whisk the eggs in another plate and also season with salt. Put the breadcrumbs in a plate as well.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and grease a baking sheet. Turn the cauliflower florets one after the other in the flour mixture, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Place on the baking sheet, melt the butter in a saucepan and sprinkle evenly over the cabbage florets.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the cauliflower florets are nicely browned.
