Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, clean and cook in florets in salted water until firm to the bite. Drain the water and let the cauliflower cool.
  2. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Then first dip the florets in the egg and then turn them in the breadcrumbs. Then fry the breaded cauliflower in a pan with butter until golden.
  3. Delicious as a side dish, but also just like that with bread and butter.
