• 600 g schnitzel from pork, veal or turkey
• 100 grams flour
• 3 egg (s)
• 30 g breadcrumbs
• 1 packet cheese, grated
• 3 tablespoon oil or clarified butter
• salt and pepper
• Paprika powder

Instructions

1. Mix the breadcrumbs and cheese. Then prepare one bowl each with the flour, one with the eggs and one with the breadcrumbs and cheese mixture.
2. Pat the schnitzel dry, season and then bread as usual (first flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture). Then fry in a pan with oil or melted butter until golden and enjoy.
3. It gets super juicy, with French fries.
