Mix the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and granulated garlic. Clean the spring onions and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices. Halve the slices again lengthways.
Place the chicken on the skewers alternately with spring onions. Use more meat than onions. Then cover all the skewers with flour, roll in egg and then in breadcrumbs. You may be able to add the sesame here if you want to taste the sesame better and would rather roast it with it.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. If the sesame has not been added beforehand, pour over the still hot skewers.
A salad of your choice or vegetable rice goes well with it.
