Instructions

  1. First the flour is sprinkled on a plate. Then mix the egg with the milk and pour into a plate that is not too deep. Now you need a third plate by mixing the breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt.
  2. Now prepare the schnitzel: sprinkle a little salt and pepper on both sides of the schnitzel, place the seasoned schnitzel on the first plate (with the flour) and sprinkle the flour on both sides. Next comes the second plate (with the egg-milk mixture). Pull the schnitzel through the mixture on both sides again and then onto the third plate (with the breadcrumbs). Spread this on the schnitzel and press down a little. Now pick up the schnitzel and let the excess breadcrumbs fall off (this can then be used for the next schnitzel). However, the schnitzel should be coated completely with the breadcrumbs.
  3. Now the schnitzel must be fried: Melt the margarine in a pan and fry the schnitzel until golden brown.
  4. Go well with: Potatoes, potato wedges (cut the potatoes into quarters, season with salt, pepper, marjoram and other herbs, and bake in the oven at approx. 200 degrees for 20 minutes) or French fries.
