  1. Wash the eggplant and rub dry. Knead or cut into thin slices (about 3-4 mm thick). Then season the aubergine slices lightly with salt and pepper. Then bread it twice. Bake the aubergines in a hot pan with margarine. This is best served with fresh tzaziki or similar and various barbecue sauces.
