Instructions

  1. Chop the zucchini and peppers and fry in a little oil. Season with the spices, garlic and herbs and add some tomato puree. Fry again briefly, then add about 100 ml of water. Let something boil down.
  2. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with the spices. I use granules or freshly squeezed garlic for this. Turn the feta in the egg and press in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden on both sides in a pan with hot oil.
  3. Put the vegetables on a plate and arrange the cheese on top. Freshly baked flatbread tastes good with it.
