Cut the feta into small slices (e.g. cut a 200 g feta block into 8 pieces and cut them in half horizontally, making 16 pieces). Mix the flour with the paprika powder and pepper, whisk the eggs and mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan. Then roll the feta cubes in the flour mixture first, then in the beaten eggs and bread with the breadcrumbs and parmesan mixture. Chill for at least an hour.
