Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, cook them with the peel in salted water not too soft. Then peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Mix the eggs with salt in a deep plate. Dip the potato slices in it and then turn them in breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan and bake the breaded potato slices until golden.
  3. Tastes good with meat dishes.
