Cut your own suitable slices of a hunting sausage or buy it ready-made. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the slices (variety as you like, just not too strong, because the sausage is well seasoned). Roll up, pin with a roulade needle or wooden picks and turn in the egg beaten with the oil. Carefully turn in the breadcrumbs and press on. Fry immediately in the butter or margarine until golden.
