Instructions

  1. For the gorgonzola sauce, heat 1 tablespoon butter in a coated (!) Pan and deglaze with the white wine. Reduce the liquid by half. Add the sweet cream, season with salt and pepper and let it boil. Cut the gorgonzola into smaller pieces, add to the sauce and allow to melt.
  2. If necessary, pound the pork schnitzel, season with salt, pepper and, depending on your taste, season with paprika powder. Turn first in flour, then in egg and then pull through the breadcrumbs. Heat the fat in another coated pan and add the breaded schnitzel. Fry on both sides on medium heat until golden yellow.
  3. Place the schnitzel on the plates and pour the sauce over them or, depending on your taste, serve the sauce separately.
  4. Fried potatoes or French fries go well with it.
  5. This gorgonzola sauce goes well with all types of pasta and meat and is super easy to prepare.
  6. Tip: With the Gorgonzola sauce, you can also omit the white wine.
