Wash the fillets and cut into 4 - 5 smaller pieces per fillet. Put all the pieces in a freezer bag with breadcrumbs and shake well. The breadcrumbs stick well. Heat the oil in the pan, take the pieces of fish out of the bag and put them in the pan. Season with pepper and salt. Turn once done.
Children love to eat it with spinach and potatoes. For us, a very good alternative to fish fingers, where you never know what`s inside.
