Cut the tofu into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Whisk the egg, add a little schnitzel spice and stir. Turn the tofu slices first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the pan and add the oil. Fry the breaded tofu slices in the pan until golden brown on both sides. Take out of the pan and drizzle some lemon juice on it.
French fries, potato salad and cucumber or mixed salad go well with it. Don`t forget ketchup.
