Peel and grate the potatoes and onions, place in a bowl and mix well with the two eggs, a little flour and salt and pepper. Cut the belly meat slices into thirds, also season with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Place the potato mixture on top and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Now and then brush the surface with a little melted margarine.
