Put 2 tablespoons of muesli into an empty jam jar or similar, then 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Pour on the almond drink and stir once so that the chia seeds do not clump together. Seal the jar and place in the refrigerator overnight or let it steep for at least 2 hours. If the chia pudding gets too tough, just add some almond drink.
In the morning, sweeten natural yoghurt with agave syrup as desired, add 2 tablespoons of the Chia Overnight Oat and add fresh fruit as desired.
Your healthy, light breakfast is ready. It is filling well and for a long time and is very low in calories (depending on how much you sweeten or which fruits you add).
It also tastes very good with cranberries from the glass.
