Instructions

  1. For 9 croissants.
  2. For the dough, mix the margarine and quark, pour in the sugar and cinnamon. Add the flour and knead well. Then put in the refrigerator overnight (at least 3 hours).
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut into squares of the same size. Put a piece of block or nougat chocolate, or a few chocolate drops, or jam on a corner, fold it in and roll up the square. Bend into a croissant shape. Whisk the egg yolk and some milk together and brush the croissants with it.
  4. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C fan oven. Bake the croissants for 25 minutes and enjoy them while they are still warm! If you like, you can melt the leftover chocolate and use it to draw strips over the croissants.
  5. I think the croissants with nougat chocolate are the best, but everyone has to try it out for themselves. Choose what you like best.
