- Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Place on kitchen paper to drain and set aside.
- Then beat the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper and fry as a fried egg.
- Tip: If you use a roasting ring, you get the perfect round shape.
- Then fry the chicken burger patties.
- Toast the bun halves in the toaster. Stack the cheese, pattie, egg and bacon on each of the lower halves. Put on the bread roll lid and you`re done.
- Tip: The roll can optionally be refined with ketchup or other sauces.
