Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat dry, peel the salami. Cut the tomatoes and salami into fine slices, pick the mozzarella or cut into slices as well. Mix eggs and cream in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add the egg-cream mixture, let it set briefly, then top with the tomatoes, salami and mozzarella like a pizza. Sprinkle with oregano if necessary.
  3. Put on the pan lid and cook covered over medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes.
  4. The pizza is ready when the egg mass has hardened, the cheese has melted nicely and the edge is slightly browned.
  5. Slide onto a plate, cut into pizza slices and serve.
  6. Also great for lunch or dinner, a salad would go well with it as a side dish.
