Halve the puff pastry sheets. Place a tomato slice in the middle, place the pastry sheets on a baking tray and place in the oven for 7 minutes at 180 °. The dough rises on the outside.
Take out and beat an egg in each well, season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slices on top and place 2 bacon slices loosely on top. Bake for another 10 minutes.
