Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Roll out the dough, divide it into two roughly equal pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the parmesan on the dough. Divide the mozzarella balls in the middle and spread them on the bottom.
  3. Fry the bacon in the pan so that it doesn`t get too crispy. Halve the spring onion and cut into thin strips. Then distribute the bacon and onion on the floor as well. Now beat two raw fried eggs on each of the pizza.
  4. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 17-20 minutes on the middle rack, until the eggs are through.
  5. Then sprinkle some salt, pepper and herbs on top.
