Quarter the tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Lightly fry the ham and tomatoes in it until they have turned some color. Keep warm in the oven.
Mix the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toast the toast.
Grease 2 silicone molds (works without it, just looks nicer) with a little olive oil. Put the molds in the pan and let them get hot, then pour the egg in. When the egg is almost done, pour the cheese over it and let it melt.
Then butter the toast, put the ham on it, then the egg and finally the tomatoes over it.
