Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned leek into small pieces. Steam over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes until tender, then cool for 10 minutes. Mix with the egg and cottage cheese, then season with spice to taste.
  2. Layer dough sheets on a baking sheet with yogurt spread between each layer. Spread the leek-egg-cottage cheese mixture on top, then layer more yogurt-coated dough sheets on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for 40 minutes. Cut into approximately 12 pieces.
