Put the flour in the mixing bowl and mix with the salt. Crumble the yeast cube, dissolve it with the sugar and a little milk. Now add all the ingredients to the flour and knead into a nice dough with the dough hook, about 5 minutes. Then cover the dough with a cloth and let rise for about 1 hour.
After the rising time, take the dough out of the bowl, form 12 long rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in a baguette tin. Cover the rolls and let rise for 20 minutes.
