Finely dice the onion and sweat in a little oil over medium heat, then leave to cool.
Mix the cream cheese, Emmental cheese, onions and milk well with a fork. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry and paprika. Put the cream in a shallow bowl and sprinkle with a little curry and paprika. Chill until ready to serve.
The Emmentaler cream cheese cream can be prepared a day in advance.
