Instructions

  1. Soak the beans in plenty of water overnight.
  2. Put the beans with the soup greens and the bay leaves in a pressure cooker. Pour water up to 2 cm above the beans. Close the lid and bring to the boil. Cook under full pressure for about 8 minutes. Then quickly evaporate.
  3. Drain and process or freeze. Tastes better than canned goods and is quick.
