Instructions

  1. Loosen the bean kernels from the pods.
  2. Peel the onions, dice finely and sweat in butter until translucent. Add the beans and dust with flour. Mix well and add 1/4 liter of water. Place the savory and bacon on top. Cover and cook over medium heat for approx. 30 minutes. Remove the bacon and savory and season the beans with salt and pepper as needed. Add the cream and heat again.
  3. Arrange the beans with the bacon and serve hot.
