Pour the liquid from the jar of broad beans into a saucepan, collect the beans. Finely chop the savory. Dice the onion and add 1 tablespoon of savory. Bring to the boil and simmer covered for 15 minutes over low heat. If too much has boiled away, add a little water. Stir in sour cream, add beans and let simmer gently. Finally fold in the remaining savory, season with salt (smoked salt if necessary) and pepper. You have to be very careful with the salt, as the liquid from the bean glass already contains salt. Thicken a little if necessary and serve with boiled potatoes.
As a non-vegetarian variant, you can also cook something smoky (smoked sausage, bacon, etc.). Then do not use hickory smoked salt.
