Instructions

  1. Cover the beans with warm water (soften) and peel off the skin (let it slip out). Then sweat briefly in the melted butter. Add the turmeric, pepper, garlic, salt and the dill. Then add the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Now let the eggs slide in carefully and don`t stir any more! Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cook the basmati rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Arrange the rice on plates. Carefully drape the bean dish including one egg per person on top and serve immediately.
  4. Is one of my favorite dishes and nutritious or wholesome on top of that.
