Instructions

  1. Soak the beans in water overnight.
  2. Drain the beans well and bring to the boil in a saucepan covered with plenty of cold, salted water. Simmer slowly until the beans are cooked through. Drain and let cool.
  3. Chop the garlic and parsley and add to the beans. Add oil and vinegar, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Finished!
