Instructions

  1. Blanch and peel broad beans so that only the green kernels remain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the ham in it until crispy, remove and set aside.
  3. Peel off the garlic clove, chop it finely and fry with the prawns in the remaining frying fat. Add the bean kernels, deglaze with wine and season with broth, salt and pepper. Arrange the beans, prawns and serrano on a plate.
