Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets and cook in the vegetable stock until firm to the bite. If you buy the vegetables frozen, you save cleaning and a lot of time!
Toast the pine nuts in a non-oiled pan. Whisk eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper. Dice ham / meat loaf.
Grease a small baking dish with butter, add cauliflower and broccoli and pepper. Spread the ham cubes and pine nuts on top. Pour the egg-milk mixture over it and sprinkle everything with parmesan. Let it set in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes
