Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the stems into pieces and blanch for five to ten minutes (depending on the thickness). Drain the broccoli well and place in a baking dish. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and place on top of the broccoli.
  2. Heat the cream and melt about 40 g of cheese in it. Add the eggs, stir well and season with salt, pepper and plenty of dill. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and salmon. Spread the rest of the cheese on the gratin. Cook at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
