The broccoli is first cleaned. Divided into florets and cooked al dente in salted water. Then quenched with cold water. Now the broccoli is roughly chopped and mixed with flour, eggs and almonds and season to taste with salt and pepper.
The broccoli mass is now formed into flat cakes and baked until golden brown in a pan heated with oil.
I recommend eating the broccoli patties with herb quark.
