Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli or frozen vegetable mixture in boiling water for a few minutes. Then pour off the vegetables and chop them into pieces the size of rice grains in a food processor. Mix these with the cheese and eggs and season.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls or nuggets with the help of 2 spoons and place on a baking sheet. Bake the balls at 180 degrees fan-assisted until they are lightly browned, then turn them carefully and bake from the other side. Baking took me about 8 minutes per side.
