Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the broccoli, cut into small florets and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain in a colander and allow to cool. Then cut very small and put in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (egg, low-fat quark, grated cheese, salt and pepper) to the bowl and stir everything well.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  3. Put about a heaped tablespoon of the mixture in your hand and shape into thalers with both hands, then place on the baking sheet. For me it was 12 thalers.
