Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and fry in the oil until the cubes take on a brownish color. Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces and add to the pan. Now add the chicken breast strips to the broccoli and onions. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, paprika powder, oregano and garlic powder. So that nothing can burn, add some water and wait until the water has evaporated
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the milk in a small bowl with a whisk to a homogeneous mass and then add to the pan, be careful, it could splash, as the pan is very hot due to the water. Mix the entire contents of the pan with the sauce. Now simmer on low / very low heat for about three minutes.
