Instructions

  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Mix with starch and 1 tablespoon each of oil and soy sauce. Wash and clean the broccoli, cut into small florets, peel the stalks and dice finely. Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic. Mix the broth, rice wine and remaining soy sauce together.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok. Roast the cashew nuts until golden brown in 30 seconds, then remove them. Take the meat out of the marinade, dab and fry brown in portions for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Take out and keep warm.
  3. Fry the broccoli, shallots and garlic for 4 minutes. Pour in the seasoning sauce and bring to the boil. Add the meat and marinade, stir over high heat for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with the cashew nuts.
