Cut the chicken into 1 cm cubes and slice the garlic.
Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for approx. 2 - 5 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil and briefly fry the chicken cubes in it, deglaze with soy sauce and keep stirring until the sauce is well distributed over all cubes (approx. 5 minutes). Take the chicken out of the pan / wok and keep it warm (e.g. 50 ° C in the oven).
Pour in about 2 tablespoons of oil and let it get hot with the garlic slices in it, as soon as it starts to smell, immediately add the broccoli and stir, the heat can be turned down a little. In another pan, brown the almonds without fat.
When the broccoli is evenly covered in the garlic oil, add the chicken and almonds. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly a dash of soy sauce and serve immediately.
