Cut the fish into small pieces and marinate in lemon juice. Finely dice the onion and paprika, chop the parsley. Boil rice in salted water.
Fry the fish in heated olive oil, season with salt, pepper, remove and keep warm.
Now sauté the onions, peppers and broccoli in the frying fat, add a little water and cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, soy sauce and chilli. Add the fish and parsley, let it get hot and serve with rice.
