Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the broccoli. Peel the stems and chop them into small pieces. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
  2. First put the stalks in the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, then add the florets and simmer for another 3 - 4 minutes. Dice the onion.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Drain the broccoli and possibly chop or mash it a little. Mix with the squeezed out bun, egg and onion. Season with salt, pepper, mustard and paprika powder. Mix in the cheese. If the mixture is too soft, add a little breadcrumbs until it is malleable. Shape the mixture into approx. 20 rolls (approx. 6 cm long and 2 cm in diameter).
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes on the middle rack. You can also make the rolls larger, in which case the baking time has to be extended accordingly.
