Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection: 170 degrees).
  2. Let the broccoli florets boil in salted water for about 1 minute, then drain in a colander. Boil the potatoes unpeeled, then peel and cut into slices.
  3. Brush the bottom of an ovenproof dish with oil. Spread the potato slices and broccoli florets in the pan. Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in a pan with the squeezed garlic. Spread the onions, garlic and smoked pork chops over the broccoli. Mix the milk, cream, eggs, salt, pepper and grated cheese and pour over the vegetables.
  4. Baked in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. It goes well with fresh baguette or ciabatta bread.
