Bring about 1 1/2 l of water to the boil and boil the mini dumplings in it for about 7 minutes.
Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Peel and wash the carrots and cut into pieces. Roughly dice the Kasseler.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the dumplings in it and remove them. Fry the Kasseler in the frying fat all around. Add the carrots and broccoli. Pour 250 ml of water, bring to the boil, stir in the vegetable stock. Bring to the boil, simmer for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Wash and pluck herbs and chop. Add the dumplings and cream to the pan. Let the whole thing boil. Then stir in the sauce thickener, bring to the boil again and season to taste.
