Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Likewise the broccoli.
  2. Cut the onions and ham into pieces. Sauté the onions in a pan, add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put some of the pasta in a buttered baking dish, distribute the broccoli evenly over it and season with a little salt and pepper. Another layer of pasta, then spread the ham on top and some more pasta. Pour the onion-cream mixture over everything. At the end, distribute the sour cream and fresh herbs on top.
  4. Put in the oven at about 220 degrees for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle with the cheese and bake until golden.
