Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until cooked. Clean the broccoli and cook it in salted water. In the meantime, prepare a light brown roux from the butter and flour. Slowly add the vegetable stock, stirring constantly. Now add the cream. Add paprika powder and melt half of the cheese in it.
  2. Fry the breakfast bacon in a pan without fat until crispy.
  3. Layer the potatoes and broccoli in a greased casserole dish and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with the second half of the cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Before serving, decorate the bacon slices on the casserole.
