Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and put them in a large saucepan. Wash broccoli and cut into small florets and add to the saucepan as well. Cover with water, add the vegetable stock and bring the water to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Then drain and drain.
  2. Grease a baking dish with oil. Cut the onions and garlic into very small cubes and place in the baking dish. Put the potatoes and broccoli in the baking dish. Mix everything well and mix in the garden herbs.
  3. Put the milk and cream cheese in a bowl and stir together with plenty of salt and pepper until creamy. Then distribute evenly in the baking dish. Cover with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes, but a few minutes longer depending on the desired browning of the cheese.
