Wash the broccoli and cut into pieces. Also use the stem, but peel it off beforehand. Cook everything in salted water for about 10-13 minutes. Then drain well in a sieve.
Put the cream cheese, crème fraîche, salt, pepper, nutmeg, chilli flakes and broccoli in a bowl and puree. Add the pumpkin seed flour and stir with the whisk.
Great substitute for mashed potatoes and goes well with fish and meat.
