Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the broccoli and blanch it in vegetable broth or salted water. Use broth or salt water for a soup. (Thaw frozen food, does not need to be blanched.)
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets to bite-size. Cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes. Wash the peppers, core them and cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix a sauce in a bowl made of vinegar, raspberry syrup, oil, the finely chopped herbs, the peeled and finely chopped onion and the peeled and pressed garlic. (If you like it a lot, you can add a sip of water.)
  4. Then add the broccoli, diced ham, paprika and diced feta and fold in carefully, season with salt and pepper and finally sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
