Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients and line the bottom of a greased springform pan with it. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets and boil for 5 minutes (you can also use frozen broccoli).
Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Spread the salmon and broccoli on the bottom. Whisk the sour cream, eggs and cream cheese together well and pour over the broccoli and salmon mixture.
