Instructions

  1. Separate 1 egg.
  2. Now knead the flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of parsley, margarine, water and the egg yolk into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and chill for approx. 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and line a baking pan lined with baking paper with it.
  3. For the topping, clean the broccoli, cut into florets and cook in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes. Then drain and collect the cooking water.
  4. Mix the quark with the two remaining eggs, the remaining egg white, milk, 100 ml of the broccoli water and the vegetable stock. Season with pepper, salt and dill.
  5. Now spread the broccoli on the dough base, cover with the smoked salmon and pour the quark-egg-milk over it.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
