Cook the broccoli well in salted water. It can boil over, the softer the better.
In the meantime, chop or crumble the feta and mix with the oil and spices. Puree this mixture. When the broccoli is done, drain it well and let it cool.
Then add to the feta mixture and puree. If the consistency is too firm, add more oil. In addition to garlic oil and olive oil, various herbal oils also go well with this.
Then optionally let it steep for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Tip: This recipe is ideal as a dip for grilling or as a spread on baguette or ciabatta.
